Weekly Regional Meetings

I instruct our managers and agents on what to do, when to do it. They provide the how. Since our company is present in the whole country and in key cities in Canada and Latin America, I need to keep in touch with my staff in a regular basis. Wherever they are, I need to be updated on how they are doing. Sales reports via email may be able to provide the numbers but it is the regular chats that answer and address more concerns.
